Convenient childbirth education classes, right in the comfort of your home!
This 5 hour class will be tailored to your needs based on your own knowledge, personal journey, and birth setting (Home, Birth Center, or Hospital) but will include:
Preparing for labor in final weeks of pregnancy
Labor encouragement
Signs of spontaneous labor
Stages & phases of labor
Induction Options
Comfort & Coping Techniques
Movement for labor progress
Pain Management options
Eating & Drinking in labor
Breast/chest/bottle feeding and pumping
Newborn 101: decisions to make in first days of life, safe sleep, soothing techniques, feeding, play, bathing
I will also help you navigate your own birth preferences as we put together a birth wish plan
Bronze Birth Doula Package- $1,250
Unlimited perinatal support available to you from the time of hire via phone call, text message, and email
One prenatal appointment (1-2 hours) to practice comfort techniques, coping mechanisms, laboring positions, body work, discuss your birth wishes and how to prepare for labor in the final weeks of pregnancy.
Further in person prenatal support can be arranged for an additional cost
24 hour on call availability for your birth from weeks 38 to 42 of pregnancy
Continuous support throughout your labor and the birth of your baby
Immediate postpartum support in your birth setting as you navigate the magic of the golden hour by helping with feeding, handling baby, skin to skin, family bonding, and emotional support tailored to your individual needs. (1-2hours)
One postpartum visit to provide further bottle feeding or breastfeeding counseling, baby care tips as requested, referrals to community resources, and a chance to discuss your birth experience.

Two prenatal appointments (2-3 hours each) Provide complete Childbirth Education Class, practice comfort techniques and coping mechanisms, laboring positions, body work, discuss your birth wishes, and how to prepare for labor in the final weeks of pregnancy.

One 2 hour educational meeting for breastfeeding prep:
What boobie supplies do I need!? Advice on choosing a breast pump, measuring your nipples for correct flange size, and navigating the endless accessories available for purchase
HOW do I DO this!? Addressing realistic expectations and setting goals. Teaching breastfeeding positions, signs of a good latch, when to expect milk to come in, avoiding trauma to nipples, feeding schedules, discussing combo feeding, pumping, introducing bottles and pacifiers, how to tell baby is transferring breastmilk, use of nipple creams, ointments, and Silverette Nursing Cups, the Haakaa, and milk collection systems.
How to avoid and navigate clogged ducts and mastitis
Two in person breastfeeding meet ups
Watch you in action: Evaluate your position and your baby’s latch during a feeding.
Answer questions, help navigate any issues that arise, and refer to IBCLC if needed.
