Our services include:

• Complimentary 1 hour consultation to discuss support options

• 2 Prenatal Visits to discuss wellness, the mental and physical preparation for birth, to navigate birth preferences, and practice comfort and coping techniques for your unique birth experience

• Virtual Coffee Hours available to chat about anything on your mind

• 24 hour on call availability late in pregnancy

• Virtual support through Early Labor

• Continuous in person support throughout active labor and the birth of your baby. Will provide guidance through position changes to facilitate baby’s decent in an optimal position and offer hands on physical and emotional support. Provide pain relief techniques eg. use of TENS unit, hydrotherapy, movement, counter pressure, meditation

• Help determine proper time to head to the Birth Center or hospital, or when to call your midwife

• Help you navigate hospital systems, while working well with your provider and nurses to ensure you are receiving the best care throughout pregnancy and childbirth

• Immediate postpartum support in your birth setting as you navigate the magic of the golden hour by helping with feeding, handling baby, skin to skin, family bonding, and emotional support tailored to your individual needs. (1-2hours)

• One postpartum visit to provide further bottle feeding or breastfeeding counseling, baby care tips as requested, referrals to community resources, and a chance to discuss your birth experience.

• Access to the New and Expectant Parents Group

• 6 weeks of Virtual Check Ins for Postpartum Support
